How supplier profiles are reviewed

A company can publish essential information immediately as unverified. Document review is separate from publication.

1. Company identity

The reviewer compares the declared company, registration evidence and country-specific identifiers. A shared email domain does not establish authority to represent a company.

2. Manufacturing capabilities

Processes, materials, equipment and manufacturing locations are examined in their stated scope. A registered office is not automatically a factory.

3. Documents and their scope

A management certificate, a test report and a product declaration are different documents. Dates, issuing organisation and exact product references matter. Historical or expired evidence is not current confirmation.

4. Publication

Company details can be published as unverified and completed later. Supporting documents and private contact details stay private. Products can also be published immediately as unverified.

5. Before placing an order

Confirm the exact specification, price, availability, logistics and applicable product requirements with the supplier. GSL does not promise an on-site audit, product certification or payment protection.
